The Log Out Page provides:

  – System log off with verification (after having clicked the Log Out tab)

... brings up a screen with message & button as shown here just below:

You are now logged off.

  – Return to log in screen (by clicking Exit)

When returned to the log in screen you will be able to log back on to the system under that same plan number if desired, or under a different plan number if available.
