A General Description of the PSC:
 
 

The PSC (Plan Service Center) is Internet access to your company's retirement plan,
with complete automation of administration.
The Plan Service Center is a secure password protected system that affords security
and ease of access.

Some features of the PSC include:
  • Contributions can be processed online via manual input or by providing a payroll file through the Plan Service Center.
  • Automatic validation on all contributions processed online, thus eliminating suspense issues.
  • As the payroll file is uploaded, new participants can be added to the system automatically as well as automatic updates
    to participant demographic information such as name and address.
  • A large variety of Plan and Participant reports are available to order and download online.
  • Electronic online employer authorization of distributions, loans and hardships.
  • Online reference manual for each section of the Plan Service Center.
  • Access to Plan and Participant level information.
  • Participant level forms are available to download and print via the Plan Service Center.
