Printing forms:

The forms are in ".pdf" format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them. (If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, follow the Adobe link found on the PSC Start Page to download and install it.)

1. Click on the form you want to print.
2. The .pdf file (form) will launch either in Adobe Reader or in your Internet browser (normally Netscape or Internet Explorer) depending on the settings you chose in Adobe.
3. Click the print icon located on the Adobe menu bar.
